Role Overview
As a Landscaping Technician at Cancore, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the first impressions of our clients’ properties. Whether it’s a high-rise entrance or a community space, your work ensures every outdoor area is inviting, clean, and vibrant.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular groundskeeping and landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in landscape design and implementation projects
- Identify and treat plant diseases or pest issues
- Ensure all outdoor areas meet company cleanliness and visual standards
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
- Knowledge of plant care, soils, and seasonal requirements
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
